Description
Exclusive purple Ethiopian kale. It features a teardrop leaf with a scalloped edge, true purple color, and mild garlic flavor. Its slowness to bolt makes it ideal for cut-and-come-again harvesting. While technically a mustard, Moonshadow is known as Ethiopian kale, Highland kale, Abyssinian mustard, and Texsel greens.
